The Opportunity
As an Associate of Influencer Partnerships at IZEA, you will support the Head of Influencer Partnerships in managing and growing our network of influencers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining influencer lists, identifying the right creators for campaigns, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives.
Your Mission to IZEA
List Building: Research and compile lists of potential influencers who align with client campaign goals.
Influencer Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of influencers to IZEA’s network.
Talent Identification: Identify and recommend suitable influencers for specific campaigns, considering client needs and campaign objectives.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and client services teams to ensure cohesive and effective influencer campaign strategies.
Data Management: Maintain and update influencer databases to ensure accurate and current information.
Support Initiatives: Provide support in various initiatives aimed at growing and engaging our influencer network.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to influencer partnerships and campaign management.
What You Will Bring To IZEA
1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field. Additional experience at a talent agency or talent management company is highly preferred.
Fluent in all things social media. You can navigate TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and beyond like the back of your hand to source amazing talent.
You’re meticulously organized, not only in projects but in thoughts and time. You take the time to plan ahead and be proactive in all aspects of your job.
Ability to Multitask: You have a knack for being able to jump from project to project, all while understanding the bigger picture. You have the ability to quickly accomplish tasks while maintaining a high quality of work.
Being a proactive problem-solver: you’re able to see a solution to a problem that others didn’t even know existed. You often come up with multiple options to solve a problem and supersede the goal.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
