We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Financial Planner. 


Job Summary: As an Associate Financial Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planners and helping our clients achieve their financial objectives. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in financial planning. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and grow within the company. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist senior financial planners in creating and implementing comprehensive financial plans for clients. 
  • Conduct research and gather data to support financial planning recommendations. 
  • Prepare financial reports, projections, and analyses for client meetings. 
  • Assist in client onboarding, including gathering necessary documentation and information. 
  • Maintain client records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all information. 
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. 
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and improve financial planning processes. 


Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), eMoney Advisors, RedTail CRM, and video conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet).  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Desire to pursue a career in financial planning and obtain relevant certifications (e.g., CFP). 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous internship or work experience in financial planning or a related field. 
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and tools. 
  • Basic understanding of investment products, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.
