Associate Finance Manager - Covington West Plant

Overview

As a member of the Covington Plant Finance team, the Associate Finance Manager will support a strong fiduciary environment, analyze metrics and reporting, process financial transactions, and provide business insights for the plant budget. This role should lead peers to achieve plant goals, partner with plant operations to support the plant mission/business results and provide leadership backup as needed for the Covington Financial Operations Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the build and ongoing execution of the annual plant budget
• Implement and monitor Internal controls
• Co-Lead Productivity process to meet site goal
• Complete financial transactions and ongoing reporting
• Provide backup support for the site’s Financial Operations Manager
• Partner with other functions as needed to implement process improvement and productivity opportunities
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field
• 3+ Years of related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel pivot tables, formulas, data analytics)
• Ability to work well on a cross-functional team, build effective relationships across all levels of the organization (Partnership for
• Impact), and coach/develop others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working in a finance/accounting role within manufacturing
• Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $90100.00 - $135300.00 / Annually.
