We are seeking an Associate Estate Planning Attorney to become a part of our growing Tri City team! As an Associate EP, you will gain experience in both client-facing as well as back-end administration, drafting of documents, etc.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients wanting to complete their personal estate plans.
Prepare and draft legal documents such as Revocable Trusts, Living Wills, and Power of Attorney on behalf of clients
Work with our vendors to ensure an excellent client experience from start to completion
Draft and record property deeds
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Goal-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
High capacity for hands-on training
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
