Associate Director Project Management

Meet is partnering with a NYC-based, independent pharmaceutical advertising agency looking for a high-science focused Associate Director, Project Manager to join their innovative team! They are an expanding company with an exciting NYC office environment space, and as such, they are looking for equally enthusiastic individuals looking to work on exciting projects.

They are seeking to hire an Associate Director, Project Manager as a valuable new addition to their Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have healthcare advertising experience as well as excellent project management skills.

*This role is Hybrid and requires on-sight 3x a week out of the agency's Manhattan office*

Responsibilities:

• Establishes dates required for completion of activities and evaluates impact of change to the overall timeline.
• Manages progress and identifies risks, issues and gaps that could impact timelines, and goals of services.
• Removes impediments from the working delivery team.
• Provides accurate and frequent status to internal teams on a regular basis.
• Manages resourcing based on project needs.
• Provides necessary external status reporting to clients as needed.
• Lead and develop junior project management members on the team.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 7-10 years of pharma advertising experience
• Digital experience required
• HCP & DTC experience required
