Associate Director of Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract investment capital from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other sources.
  • Develop relationships with potential investors, building rapport and trust through effective communication and networking.
  • Prepare compelling investment presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials to showcase our lending products and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective investors.
  • Provide ongoing communication and support to existing investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates on investment performance, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed of market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes to inform fundraising strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Between 1 - 3 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital markets, or a related role, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
