Thomas M. Cooley Law School Associate Director of Admissions Lansing , Michigan Apply Now Cooley Law School seeks an Associate Director of Admissions to serve in a central role at our Lansing Campus. The successful candidate manages the daily operation of the admissions office, and carries out its functions. Responsible for recruitment; application and admission process; and, assist prospects, applicants, students, staff, and faculty. Provide some daily oversight of financial aid office including advising and processing; and work with Graduate Program regarding federal student aid. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred with two to four years of experience. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position; experience in a law school desired. Proficiency with the following software: Law School Admissions Council (Unite), financial aid (PowerFAIDS), student information database (CAMS, Jenzabar), web conference/videoconference (WebEx, Zoom), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite. Strong service ethic and team builder. Customer service focus. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask; excellent organization and time-management skills; ability to handle and maintain confidential information; strong collaboration skills; and, ability to interact positively with individuals from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
