Associate Director of Accounting

A $175M Global health Organization is actively seeking an Associate Director of Accounting to join their team. The Associate Director of Accounting will report to the International Controller and will manage a team of six accountants.

This candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of related accounting experience in addition to prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly financial close process
• Prepare consolidated and deconsolidated P&L and Balance Sheet
• Review monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Track and record fixed assets
• Review sub-ledger posting of Accounts Payables for accuracy
• Record revenue in compliance with accounting standards
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audit
• Coordinate the global statutory audit
• Supervise and support the global accounting team

This role will be fully remote but all candidates should be local to the New England Area.

Salary for this position is up to $150K depending on experience.
