Responsibilities
Lead and execute financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including company valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence.
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
Manage client relationships and interact directly with senior executives and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and other advisory professionals, to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis.
