Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Manager to join our team in the US, with a focus on Houston, Atlanta, and Boston and other cities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in client relationship management, account growth, and P&L responsibilities.

This role requires a strong background in Account Management and Business Development, with a particular emphasis on selling technology solutions. Experience in energy and utilities domain is preferred but not mandatory.

The candidate should excel in crafting and executing RFP strategies, understanding the client business landscape, mapping stakeholders and demonstrating strong business orientation. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
  • Help clients navigate through the sales cycle and facilitate the engagement with the delivery teams in delivery phase.
  • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
  • Work with delivery teams to identify opportunities
  • Ability to challenge delivery teams to deliver best quality results
  • Work with sales teams to generate new business
  • Prepare reports on project performance

Requirements And Skills

  • Proven experience as an Engagement Manager
  • Project management experience
  • Background in sales and customer service is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business or similar field
