What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing design transfer, supporting manufacturing and quality improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Managing technical support for product and safety issues resolution.
  • Developing engineering staff and strategizing for the future needs of the business.
  • Representing the engineering department in audits and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

About You

  • BS in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, or a related Life Science Field; an MS/PhD is preferred.
  • Have a minimum of 8-12 years' experience in engineering, particularly in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with significant leadership experience.
  • Expertise in ISO 13485, FDA QSR, GMP, and thorough knowledge of medical device development and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams, problem-solving, and excellent time management and communication skills.
