Join my client, a leader in Clinical Research, as the Associate Director of Business Development Clinical Research. This role is your chance to drive new business growth and maintain key client relationships within the dynamic field of clinical research.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing a strategic business development plan to support company growth.
  • Making sales calls to prospective new clients and creating business opportunities.
  • Designing and delivering solution-driven capabilities and proposal defense presentations.
  • Coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals/Information.
  • Representing the company at industry-related conferences and trade shows.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in science or a related field (required).
  • 10+ years of business development experience in CRO and clinical research industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective presentation and negotiating abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales management software.
