Position: Associate Digital Marketing Specialist
As an Associate Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll assist in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns and content to support lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies. This role blends creativity, analysis, and a process-oriented mindset.
Location: This position is part of the Digital Marketing Team based in Richmond, VA, and will be remote.
A Typical Day In This Role
Collaborating with the team to create engaging content for paid media and social media channels.
Auditing, maintaining, and optimizing campaigns to troubleshoot issues and test strategies that increase engagement and conversions.
Brainstorming, researching, and executing new campaign and content ideas to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
Performing data mining tasks to create target audience lists and demographics for various campaigns.
Supporting the marketing campaign strategy and execution across channels for paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
1-3 years of experience in similar digital marketing roles
Understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, and social media management
Graphic design skills, with experience using Canva or Adobe suite

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 USD per year, and it is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
