Associate Defense Attorney

Position Summary: We're hiring an Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our esteemed legal team. You'll be instrumental in crafting compelling legal arguments and supporting defense strategies through meticulous pleadings, research, and representation in hearings and negotiations. Collaboration with senior attorneys is key as you contribute to the development and execution of case strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft intricate pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to fortify defense strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case arguments.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Civil Litigation Associate
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills to articulate complex legal arguments.
• Self-starter mentality with a drive for professional growth and responsibility.
• Membership in the Washington State Bar Association required

• Experience in insurance defense and civil litigation.
• Prior experience in deposition and motion practice.
