Title: Associate Chief Financial Officer

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree Required
  • Must have a minimum of five years' experience in acute care hospital finances within an organization similar in size and scope of services.
  • Must demonstrate having excellent analytical skills and experience with MOR, Productivity management, and overall knowledge of finance functions.

Job Description

The Associate Chief Financial Officer implements financial policies and procedures and other internal controls to provide for the control and safeguard of hospital assets; establishes and maintains an appropriate accounting system to provide complete, timely, and accurate financial information; provides financial analysis of operations to identify areas for cost reduction, improved cash flow, and revenue enhancement; this position will be involved in all aspects of operations and will work closely with CFO.
