BODi is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change.



The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) is a key member of the BODi Brand Leadership Marketing Team, responsible for helping to create and drive equity for our nutritional supplement brands through multiple touchpoints. This position works closely with cross functional teams to execute on start-to-finish brand initiatives to drive growth and retention of the nutritional supplements line globally. This includes analyzing market research and maintaining awareness of competitive product/claims, assisting with new product launches and product promotions, and updating and maintaining key marketing resources and tools to ensure they are current and impactful. To be successful, this person must be adaptable, resourceful, curious, analytical, detail oriented, a team player, and capable of managing multiple projects at one time. 

 

Core Responsibilities 
  • Meaningfully contribute to development of integrated, multi-channel marketing and communications plans to support initiatives to consumers and Partners including, but not limited to: 
  • Website: Teambeachbody.com, Beachbodyondemand.com, Shakeology.com, BODI.com 
  • Mobile app 
  • Database marketing 
  • Social media and blog 
  • Collateral 
  • Packaging 
  • Training platforms and vehicles 
  • Assist in optimization of the end-to-end customer experience by uncovering insights; conducting research; monitoring competitive and industry activity; and proactively identifying areas of opportunity. 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help execute new product launches, new flavor extensions, marketing campaigns and promotions. 
  • Briefing the creative team on brand/promotion strategy and communications hierarchy to get to best-in-class creative. 
  • Own the day-to-day management of nutritional products and act as point of contact for brand inquiries and dissemination of brand information. 

    • Collaborate with merchandising, fitness brand leads and product development teams to ensure nutrition brands are well integrated and on brand across all touchpoints. 
    • Contribute to brand growth in the Partner Network by assisting in development of Partner selling tools, communication, training, and promotions. 
    • Forecast and monitor sales; analyze data to highlight key business insights and develop ideas for additional growth; and identify opportunities to drive engagement, acquisition, conversion, and/or retention. 
    • Conduct ongoing SKU rationalization & management processes in partnership with operations. 
    • Any other tasks reasonably requested to help team and company meet strategic objectives.

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
      • Strong analytical and independent problem solving skills 
      • Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail

        • Education and Experience 
          • College degree from 4-year accredited college/university, ideally in marketing or related field. MBA preferred 
          • 2-4 years of relevant work experience 
          • Experience within a consumer-facing brand. Experience in health and wellness, Vitamins/Supplements or Beauty is preferred  
          • Proficient user of Microsoft Suite

            The applicable base salary range for each role varies based on several factors, including, but not limited to geographic location and job-related education, training, knowledge, and experience. This range may be modified in the future.

            The pay range for this position is:
            $77,100.00 - $95,000.00
