Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Our Personal Injury Plaintiff Law Firm client is growing their NYC team.
Ideally, we are looking a lawyer with 5 years experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with experience in mediations, arbitrations, depositions as well as experience handling pleadings & motions. (From intake to trial).
Client is flexible on base compensation and they are looking for experience legal professionals that can add real value to their firm.
In this role, you can also receive additional compensation as per the following; 40% if you bring the case in (if you are with the firm when the case resolves, if not, 33 1/3%)
Senior Associate Attorney also can get a % of the team managed.
Qualifications
- JD
- Member of NY State Bar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal Injury Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- At least 3-10 years of experience in Bodily Injury, general liability, and PI experience.
- Ability to manage and run their own caseload
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work autonomously as part of a team.
