Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) membership is a requirement, and private practice experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is considered a plus.Duties:Practice family law, criminal defense, general civil litigation, probate and elder law, and estate planning.Engage potential clients effectively, instilling confidence in their legal representation.Manage and advance a diverse caseload toward resolution.Keep clients regularly informed about the progress of their cases.Demonstrate exceptional lawyering capabilities and legal problem-solving skills.Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive legal strategies.Provide legal representation in court, as necessary.Perform legal research, analysis, and document preparation.Requirements:WSBA membership is required.Prior private practice experience is preferred.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Strong motivation, ambition, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently.Self-starter mentality and a drive to resolve clients' legal problems.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) membership.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Client consultation and communication.Court representation and advocacy.Multitasking and caseload management.Problem-solving and strategic thinking.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred).Sales and client engagement skills.Strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction.Benefits:After 6 months of employment, the firm offers a 401k with up to a 4% match, among other perks.Annual bar dues and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) costs are covered.
