Associate Account Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Account Manager, the Associate Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for working directly with your department store account, supporting a 4-P strategy (Product, Price, Place and Promotion). You will develop and maintain strong relationships with your cross functional partners and external partners to strategize actions to drive sales and profitability as well as future growth tactics for the Levi’s brand.

About The Job

  • Assists Sr. Account Manager with executing sales function
  • Ensures samples are effectively managed to support customer commercial and advertising needs
  • Manages all size scales and other information in SAP to ensure timely deliveries, and to mitigate and resolve charge backs
  • Manage account responsibilities including assortment planning and order processing for an assigned account base
  • Develop strong relationships with all internal and external partners
  • Provide in depth analytics and planning to drive optimal growth in account base
  • Provide accurate forecasts by month to achieve annual shipping targets
  • Resolve customer order issues in collaboration with customers and company partners

About You

  • Bachelor's degree (5+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail/wholesale apparel business or other consumer packaged goods industry to include experience in a support role directly related to the sales, merchandising or retail function
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, expert level of experience in excel.
  • Strong detail orientation, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong computer skills with the demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Communicate with internal and external partners at all levels both verbally and written
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectives in a collaborative team environment
  • Set high personal standards for performance
  • Seek and acts on opportunities for development
