General Summary: This position manages the business relationship between our wholesale clients and the company.

Major Responsibilities

  • Maintains and builds relationships with buyers, account executives and planning department.
  • Review weekly sales performance with buyers.
  • Review monthly markdown strategy within a plan with buyers.
  • Analyze customer business opportunities.
  • Suggest market assortment.
  • Run and maintain inventory reports
  • Track low / out of inventories & create suggestion for re-orders
  • Communications with all levels of customer service / production/ design.
  • Review customer purchase orders, ensure order accuracy
  • Work cross functionally to ensure production and account services have correct information for WIP & order entry
  • Ensure accuracy of product and factory information
  • Special projects as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

Skills

  • Organized with a strong written and verbal communication skill set
  • Outlook / Excel / PPTX. Proficient
  • Strong understanding of retail math
  • Team player
  • Ability to be flexible under project deadlines

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations And/or Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • 3+ years experience in a related field

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $60k - $75k. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
