Position Overview
As a Remote Travel Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing crucial support across various administrative functions. This work-from-home role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and document organization
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Create, format, and edit documents and presentations using Microsoft Office and other tools
- Maintain accurate data entry for travel bookings, client profiles, and other essential information
- Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations, ensuring top-notch service
