We are looking for a strategic, driven & future-focused individual to join our team as AVP – Beauty Tech Marketing Innovation.

You Will . . .

  • Build and articulate strategic direction and roadmaps to steer innovation programs within R&I North America, in partnership with Application Domains + Development Laboratories, with focus on Precision Beauty
  • Lead and transform strategic analysis, inclusive of consumer & market insights, foresights + prospectives into category roadmap + drive forward strategic projects
  • Understand & anticipate consumer behaviors, attitudes, needs & new paradigms impacting future of category
  • Influence & advise on R&I organization’s strategic priorities, stakes & territories, and lead the identification of new frontiers, growth opportunities
  • Create disruptive innovation & game changer ideas, transform new consumer insight & foresight into winning ideas + innovation platforms, in partnership with labs, innovation packaging & external partners
  • Establish strong partnership and collaboration with L’Oreal ecosystem, inclusive to Innovation Direction, Consumer Market Insights – local & global teams as well as business partners.
  • Leverage new ways of working + embed design thinking & consumer/business centricity into ecosystem

You Have . . .

  • At least 10 years of related experience
  • Either a successful previous experience in Beauty Tech, Consumer Goods, Devices or a double degree in marketing & science and/or demonstrated a strong level of interest + knowledge in marketing of technology (digital, sensors, engineering)
  • Deep knowledge of competitive landscape, key trends + consumer/market dynamics
  • Aptitude & ability to identify market opportunities, key drivers & growth

  • Integrative, able to align business partners on strategy, opportunities & need gaps

  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills & mindset to advance initiatives forward

Additional Benefits Information As Follows

  • Salary Range: $144,000 - $210,00 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
