What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Supervise and train accounts payable staff, providing guidance and support
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, resolving any issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
• Assist Treasurer in cash management activities and treasury operations
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance roles, with 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Office applications
• Healthcare experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
