Job Title: Assistant General Manager / Business Manager

Job Overview:

Ulike is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant to General Manager or Business Manager to join our team in the United States. This role involves supporting the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations, strategic planning, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Support:
  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and long-term planning.
  • Oversee various departments to ensure effective and efficient business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Analyze business performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on budget preparation and management.
  1. Customer Relations:
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare and present reports on various business metrics.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Chinese-English bilingual.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions
