Job Description:



Responsibilities:


  • Reviews and comments on all confirmation samples – sets reviews with design based on delivery timeline.
  • Reviews all PP and TOP samples and sends clear and meaningful comments
  • Executes any style revisions aftermarket review with Sales & Design
  • Assists Manager in keeping style library and filler library up to date
  • Makes sure all comments are sent based on priority/delivery timeline to ensure no deliveries are delayed.
  • Updates style tech packs with finalized details & dimensions
  • Helps to organize finalized “Master” boms for turn in for carryover styles.
  • Keeps organized Confirm, PP & TOP style library
  • Daily correspondence with overseas factories
  • Attends weekly design meetings with PD/Design
  • Tracks all samples
  • Manages daily to do lists/outstanding


Qualifications:

  • College or Technical Degree in Patternmaking or/and Technical Design, preferred
  • At least 1 year fulltime work experience in technical design/patternmaking, required
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills, required
  • Expert technical skill proficiency using MS Office: Excel, Word
  • Expert technical skill proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task competing priorities to meet deadlines

he pay range for this position is: $55K per year - $63 per year.
