PRN/Occasional; This position is Seasonal; candidates will only work during swim team season.
Aquatics Junior Coaches at Fort Sanders Health & Fitness Center are responsible for teaching and coaching swimmers on the Storm Swim Team and competitive swim classes. They are to interact with and monitor the safety of all members in a friendly and professional manner.

Coaches and teaches swimmers on the Storm Swim Team and/or competitive swim classes under the direction of the Head Coach.
Attends and coaches Storm Swim Team dual and championship swim meets; helps with set up and clean up at meets.
Attends and participates in all events during the Storm Team Season.
Reports to Head Coach weekly, concerning responsibilities that have been met and tasks for the following week.
Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives, and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum ExperienceSwim team experience preferred.
