We are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent in Dallas, TX. to join our family.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Inspection of Contractor or (sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with Contract
Prepare and submit Superintendents Daily Reports
Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others
Develop and maintain logistics plan, in coordination with Project Superintendent and Project Manager
Monitor costs, including labor time and material
Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
Conduct quality inspections
Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer
Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Superintendent and Project Manager
Must be willing to travel
Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, employees). Maintain relationship to ensure needs are met and problems/conflicts are resolved.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
