Pay: $30,000 to $33,000 per year (Pay range may vary based on geographic location)

Job Summary:
The Men’s & Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach will provide overall assistance to the soccer programs.
Essential Functions:
Assist in the management of all day-to-day operations of the program including, but not limited to the following tasks:
Assist in identification of potential student-athletes, recruitment of qualified student-athletes, and maintenance of recruitment files.
Assistance with organization and coordination of daily practice plans.
Assistance with game day preparations, including field set-up and break down, uniform and equipment preparation, game-plan preparation, warm-up activities, and game evaluation.
Assist with inventory management of uniforms and equipment, and provide input into purchasing decisions on new equipment.
Assist with scheduling and travel plans, including the organization of lodging and meals on road trips, and timely completion of expense reports.
Assist with video operations and analysis.
Scouting of opponents.
Assist with the monitoring and supervision of student-athletes, to include athletic activities, academic progress, eligibility concerns and disciplinary issues.
Coordination of student-athlete community service projects in conjunction with the NAIA Champions of Character program.
Participation in program and athletic department fund-raising efforts.
Work effectively with students, student-athletes, administrators, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, officials, and coaching peers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
At least two years prior coaching experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree from an accredited Institution
At least three years prior coaching experience
NAIA knowledge and experience
Recruiting experience
