We are actively seeking highly motivated, Assistant Managers from all backgrounds to join our team. Whether you have an automotive background or not, our training programs will give you all the tools necessary to be successful. Hourly salary range for role is $12.50 - $15.37 per hour

In addition, our Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.

• Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time on manager's days off
• Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings
• Assisting store manager in all aspects of the store management process
• Monitoring and training new employees
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
• Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Cash management
• Inventory management
• Assist store manager with monitoring and tracking in shop performance goals
