Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Security Supervisor at Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots in New Orleans, LA. The Assistant Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising security staff, ensuring physical security measures are in place, communicating with guests and staff, and overseeing operations management.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills, Operations Management, and Customer Service
Experience in physical security
Effective communication skills
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is a plus
Knowledge of local and state security regulations is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred
