Job Description

Assist Property Managers as needed with the following activities:

  • Learn Building Engines
  • Follow up with all quality control
  • Building inspections / leasing inspections
  • Coordinate move-ins/move-outs including Certificates of Insurance
  • Tenant appreciation gifts
  • Assist with project bid coordination and reporting
  • Meet prospective contractors onsite
  • Scan contracts for each building
  • Standardize Form library on company web
  • Obtain prices to complete projects
  • Coordinate Tenant Move-ins/out of each building. Including obtaining COI from all contractors, notifying Data Watch to ignore door props and inform on-call staff of move-in/out.
  • Order all signage for building directories and tenant suite signage upon return of the new tenant information package. The signage is paid for by the company for a new tenant but should the tenant change their name during its lease term, it is the tenant’s responsibility to pay for the new signage. Coordination is required.
  • Maintain the Contractors Rules and Regulations booklet.
  • Maintain and update a master contracts list identifying all contractors and vendors servicing all managed properties. The list shall include points of contact, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Distribute an updated list to PM's quarterly reflecting the date of revision

  • Update website
  • Update brochures
  • Install brochures on Fred’s iPad
  • Update space available reports
  • Update Prospect report
  • Assist with marketing vacant space
  • Maintain company real estate licenses
