Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Project Manager to allocate resources and materials to reach project deadlines
  • Verify and track job timelines with customers to coordinate ordering fixtures.
  • Create sales orders for each job that match quotes and submittals provided by quotes department.
  • Provide alternative options for discontinued items.
  • Place purchase orders to vendors and track arrival.
  • Track and document the arrival of import and stateside items for each project.
  • Coordinate the release of fixtures to the customer per the job timeline.
  • Process replacements for damaged or missing goods.

  • Previous experience in operations or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
