Assistant Professor of Business Administration

The standard teaching load is 24 credit hours per year, (often fulfilled by teaching a 4-4 or 3-1-3 with the 1 course in the middle taught as part of the Jan Term intercession). Additional responsibilities include advising students, assessing student learning, curriculum development, and providing service to the department, university, and community. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching undergraduates in a liberal art setting and provide evidence of excellence in teaching and continued professional development, as well as the ability to collaborate with colleagues across campus. Selected candidates must complete a background check that is satisfactory to the university and be qualified to teach in the US.Converse University is a private, coed liberal arts university with an enrollment of ~1,284 traditional and non-traditional undergraduate and graduate students. The department supports undergraduate majors in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration (with concentrations in Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing and Sports Management) and Healthcare Administration.To apply, submit the following to amy.cox@converse.edu.
