Assist the Principal in the daily operation of the school including but not limited to leading staff in results-driven practices to improve student outcomes for all learners and ensure an engaging and safe learning environment.
Required Qualifications
Professional Educator Licenses (PEL) with General Administrative Kindergarten through Grade 12 Endorsement.
Preferred Characteristics
Completed state-mandated training to perform teacher evaluations.
Experience working with elementary school students.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with students, staff, and the school community.
Management style that embraces the philosophy of shared leadership.
Commitment to continuous improvement of student outcomes and school performance.
Knowledge of or experience with Professional Learning Communities.
Knowledge of or experience with English language learning.
