Role Description
Caroline High School is hiring Assistant Principals for Caroline Middle School and Caroline Hogh School. The Assistant Principal will collaborate with the Principal and other administrators to ensure the effective operation of the school. Responsibilities include supervising and evaluating teachers, supporting student discipline, coordinating curriculum and instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment. It is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational experience of our students.
Qualifications
Experience in educational leadership and administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
Knowledge of curriculum design and instructional strategies
Experience in student discipline and behavior management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Master's degree in Education or related field
Licensure or certification as a School Administrator
