Role Description
We have various full-time positions on-site for an Assistant or Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. The role involves clinical and educational responsibilities, both inpatient and outpatient practice, and medical education. We seek candidates in general internal medicine, med-peds, geriatrics, palliative care, and weight management. We seek candidates with a genuine interest in delivering equitable care and engaging in community service.
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in the appropriate specialty
Experience in teaching medical students and residents
Strong track record of research and scholarly activity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Experience with community engagement and service
Authorization to work in the United States
