Assistant Marketing Manager

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports all functions of the Marketing team and is responsible for project oversight, from requirements and scope definition to coordination and delivery. This individual works to ensure all projects, resources, and schedules run smoothly and efficiently, communicating priorities and keeping all workflows up to date.


Responsibilities:

• Works cross-functionally within marketing group and across Digital Marketing, merchandising and design

• Supporting the head of marketing in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations

• Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use

• Support with the planning and execution of event activations and partnerships

• Update monthly site asset roadmap and assist with management and execution of in store and site content updates, tracking and tagging all creative assets on site and email with product info and availability

• Manage special project asset requests, including but not limited to store signage, associate hiring, and garment branding

• Manage in store advertising and marketing collateral

• Invoice processing and ledger tracking

• Own sample and product coordination for all social, PR and shoot initiatives.

• Manage cross-channel status meetings and communication leveraging existing tools; define agendas for project kick off meetings, Project Request Forms; adapt tools as needed to suit each project


Qualifications:

• 1-2 years brand management experience with a focus on the digital space and knowledge of fashion/apparel digital marketing strategies.

• 1-2 years of experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp); expertise in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

• Effectively manage multiple projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, anticipating outcomes, adapting to changing priorities, and working towards solutions with a collaborative team spirit

• Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple levels

• Travel may be required, based on business needs.

• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.


Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

• Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day

• Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day

• Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods

• Ability to reach at or below shoulder level

• Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.


he salary range for this position is $62,400 to $65,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
