Centr is seeking an Assistant Manager of CRM Lifecycle based in Los Angeles to develop strategies to activate, engage, and retain our users.

You have a love or interest in creating engaging, personalized content that activates users – helping them achieve their wellness goals while also helping Centr achieve its. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the execution for all CRM/Lifecycle campaigns, transactional emails, and automated flows.
• Support business and channel-level goals and objectives.
• Work with the CRM Manager to engage with our consumers across email, push, sms, and direct mail, optimizing the right channel mix and frequency of efforts to drive activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and growth.
• Build and support segmentation and personalization strategies across geos, demos, user goals, and content preferences.
• Support creative strategy and execution across channels and journeys.
• Support and execute QA and testing plans, ensuring accuracy and quality with every send.
• Review and create CRM reports to better understand performance and provide organizational transparency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop assets and content to support CRM efforts.
• Ensure best practices and continue to improve the workflow of the CRM team, identifying operational efficiencies and managing 3rd party tools.
• Work across time zones with USA and Australia-based colleagues as needed.

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-3+ years of CRM experience (including internship time).
• Experience with Braze (a huge plus).
• Experience with Klaviyo (a plus).
• Experience with subscription-based mobile apps (a plus).
• Experience with ecommerce websites (a plus).
• Experience with analytics and BI platforms (GA4, Lookr, Power BI, or similar) (a plus).
• Comfortable with creative and with data.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup environments.
• Prior experience working with international audiences.
• Experience supporting D2C.
