As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in promptly resolving guest concerns and embodying the essence of our hotel, establishing meaningful connections with our visitors. This position requires active daily involvement throughout the property to guarantee a flawless guest journey. Working in harmony with a dedicated team, the Operations Manager is committed to delivering outstanding, warm, and efficient service, while maximizing room revenue, maintaining optimal occupancy rates, and placing emphasis on guest and staff contentment. Key duties encompass supervising the Front Desk, Billing, ensuring the property management system's uniformity through training and inspections, and overseeing the Food and Beverage program.
