Position: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
Location:Now accepting applications at Joe Basil Chevrolet: 5111 Transit Rd, Depew, NY!
Handyman/ Custodian Compensation:$17-22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:Five days a week-Some weekends or off hours May Be required for emergency maintenance
Assistant Maintenance Supervisor Job Duties and qualifications:
Minor Electrical and Plumbing repairs
Drywall repair and paint
Remodel and demo
Replacement of ceiling tiles
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
Rearrange office furniture and equipment
Occasional janitorial duties
Seasonal Landscaping
Lawn and Parking Lot Maintenance
Snow Removal
Monthly OSHA and fire prevention Inspections
Ability to use hand and power tools
Ability to climb a ladder and lift at least 60lbs
Perform other duties, as assigned
