As an Assistant HVAC Service Manager, you will assist the HVAC Service Manager in the daily operations of the HVAC Service Team by:
Using your strong service skills to build up team members and help lead them to success.
Wowing our customers with your exceptional customer service skills.
Helping train and guide service techs to achieve the Aiello service standards.
Meeting and exceeding KPI requirements for continued operational success.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
Applicants must have a current driver license and clean driving record.
S-1 and S-2 CT license is required
Outgoing, professional, clean cut and drug-free.
Demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment and procedures.
Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
Ability to explain technical information to customers and technicians.
