Position Summary

As our Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with our General Manager to oversee and enhance every division of our business. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with division managers, offering support, assistance, and guidance. You'll play a key role in maintaining seamless communication with vendors, HOAs, property owners, and guests, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operational Management:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring all divisions run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to optimize operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage the Operations Team and Reservations Team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
  • Enhance guest experience by ensuring top-notch service and amenities.
  • Address guest feedback and implement improvements to services offered.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and company growth plans.

Owner Communications

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our property owners.
  • Manage services, make reservation changes, and explain owner statements clearly.
  • Ensure owners are informed and satisfied with the management of their properties.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the hospitality or vacation rental industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in a leadership or management role.
  • Understanding of property management, HOAs, and vacation rental operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly: $25.00 - $30.00
