Assistant General Counsel (Corporate Governance)

Our client, a mission based company in the mining industry is looking for an attorney with 10-15 years of experience in the following areas:

- global subsidiary management (foreign entities)

- tax reorganizations (with foreign legal entities)

- policies and processes (delegations of authority)

- inter-company services agreements/inter-company loans for transfer pricing

- Joint Ventures and “earn-Ins”

Additional experience with the following is a plus:

- vendor contracts (hardware/physical like drilling/helicopter contract, not SaaS/IT/software)

- IPO preparedness
