Ebenezer is looking for an Assistant Executive Director to join our Assisted Living team at both Amira Choice Roseville Lexington and Amira Choice Roseville on Cleveland, located in Roseville, MN. This role will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director in overseeing the daily operations of the Senior Living Community including financial, programmatic, operational, marketing, and all other business functions of the Assisted Living community.

This position includes;

  • 80 hours per pay period
  • Manager on Duty Weekend, On-Call as Needed, salaried position

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Under the guidance of the Executive Director, provide operational support
  • Manages staff onboarding and development process.
  • Ensure the marketing plan is developed and implemented to achieve full occupancy.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and communication with residents, families, staff and other stakeholders.
  • Complete the full cycle resident billing process (accounts receivable) and account payable.
  • Supervise and manage the receptions.
  • Oversees and manages employee files following Ebenezer’s policies.
  • Oversees and manages the Resident Agreement Process, following Ebenezer’s policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and directed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must meet one of the options below within 12-months of hire date:
  • Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board
  • Meets requirements for Assisted Living Director – In Residence (ALD-IR) by obtaining a permit from BELTSS as an ALD-IR within 30-days of hire date and have experience in the management of an AL or related facility or must be enrolled in a BELTSS approved program within six (6) months of permit issuance ( Refer to MN Rule 6400.7080B). Required to graduate from approved program, complete the field experience and pass the examinations within one year of hire date.
  • Current MN Driver’s License (in good standing)
  • None to 1 Year- Experience that can be applicable to this role
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets & database management.
