Here's What You'll Do
- Strategic Visionary:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to establish organizational strategies, initiatives, and best practices that propel our mission forward.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to fuel organizational growth and sustainability.
- Operational Powerhouse:
- Develop and strengthen internal business relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments.
- Oversee and ensure regulatory compliance, safeguarding the organization's integrity.
- Assist with program development and management, driving impact and achieving our goals.
- Leadership Champion:
- Coach and mentor support staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
- Executive Support Maestro:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Analyze and assemble reports and financial data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Requirements
- Experience in non-profits preferred
- Master's Degree in Health Care, Human Services, Education, or Business Administration preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior level management role preferred
- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
- Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Practical knowledge of Program development
- Solid understanding of Executive Leadership
- Command of Executive Meetings
- Adeptness in non-profit fund accounting
- Demonstrated knowledge of leading special projects
- Program Management experience highly preferred
- Experience with Administrative Assistance
