Job Summary: Assistant Director of Athletics

Job Summary: Assistant Director of Athletics
- Assist in the coordination of the management of home athletic contests for men’s and women’s soccer, softball, baseball, and lacrosse with a chance of being the primary game day administrator
- Help manage all athletic facilities on campus including the Southwell Complex, Koepke Fitness Center, R. Marvin Owens Field, and the Game Hut.
- Help coordinate, maintain, and publish monthly comprehensive schedules outlining all athletic and recreational events.
- Hire, train, and supervise department’s student employees as needed
- Help coordinate with Plant and Facilities Office the proper upkeep and maintenance of all recreation facilities and equipment.
- Full job responsibilities will be finalized around candidates skill set and experience
- Other duties assigned that involve Athletic department events
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Administrative and/or media experience at the collegiate level
- Master’s Degree in related field.
- Two years athletic administrative experience at the collegiate level
- Experience in social media management, creative media, and/or marketing
- Experience developing social media calendars
- Video and photography experience
