Greer Financial Services has a strategic business partner that is seeking a strategic and experienced financial leader to join their healthcare organization as Assistant CFO. The ideal candidate will drive financial excellence, optimize operations, and support their mission of delivering high-quality patient care.

Under the guidance and direction of the CFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Lead financial reporting, analysis, and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage capital planning and investment strategies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accounting standards
• Develop and mentor finance team members
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic financial decisions
• Calculate, forecast, analyze and monitor key ratios and financial metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years for-profit hospital finance experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA certification
• Experience with healthcare-specific financial systems and reimbursement models
