The role of the Assistant Athletic Director and Director of Middle School Athletics will be to provide support to the Athletic Director and other athletic office personnel in the operation of the Athletic Department. This person will manage all middle school sports, provide support to middle school coaches, maintain up-to-date rosters and schedules and through collaboration seek to establish a vision for middle school athletics.

- Contract Management of all Middle School Sports
- Responsible for confirmation of all home and away Middle & High School sporting events
- Responsible for all rosters and roster management for Middle School sports teams
- Assist with facilities and maintenance requests and keeping facilities up to date
- Assist with management and maintenance of Lower, Middle & High School Sports using Eventlink
- Coordinate with coaches on schedules and reservations of athletic spaces
- Responsible for scheduling and payment of officials for home athletic events through Arbiter
- Maintain clear communicate with Athletic Director on all details related to game/event management; confirmations, staffing, and event set-up
- Ensure fields and courts are game ready for each home competition as necessary
- Assist in maintaining athlete award history - team and individual records for all sports
- Collaborate with marketing for athletic highlights and events
- Collaborate with Athletic Director to create a vision for Middle & High School Athletics
- Collaborate with Middle School Leadership faculty and staff
- Partner with Mustang Life to celebrate and highlight our Middle & High School Programs
- Assist with student leadership development and coaches development programs for both Middle & High School
- Assist with organization and implementation of meetings with coaching staff
- Assist in purchasing of athletic equipment and supplies as requested by Athletic Director
- Assist with Admissions Day and Family tours
- Assist in reminding and maintaining all NFHS/TSSAA coaches courses for Middle School
- Work with Middle and Lower School Athletics/Stampede and Spiritual Formations Coordinator to grow and maintain programs available
- Help develop and support a Spiritual Development Program for our Middle School Programs - athletes and coaches
- Collaborate with academy and university personnel regarding potential service learning opportunities for academy student athletes, both in season and out of season
- Assist Athletic Director with other duties as requested
