Assistant Account Executive:

We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive at BBDO who will provide vital support to the account team across multiple workstreams. This role requires strong multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage multiple timelines while connecting various functions within the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members by organizing and executing a variety of day-to-day processes on behalf of the account team and their clients’ objectives
• Schedule and set-up client meeting(s) and coordinate all aspects including managing correspondence, attendee list and any other associated logistics
• Manages the execution of multiple creative projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
• Create/contribute to client service materials (i.e. status reports, contact reports, meeting agendas)
• Lead internal and client status meetings as well as update/maintain reports with concise information
• Help manage production coordination with partner agencies
• Manage client budget and billing.
• Contributes to ongoing competitive reports

Required Skills:

• Experience working within an agency or related experience is a plus
• Excel and/or Smartsheet proficiency
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal
• Collaborative with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, agency colleagues, and partner agencies
• Proficient with PowerPoint and/or Keynote
• Attention to detail
• Solution orientation and ability to thrive in an environment with a lot of ambiguity
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive to get things done
