Agency 720 is the Agency of record for the Chevrolet Local Marketing Associations. Our primary goal is to provide the best service and strategic thinking possible to the Chevrolet Dealer Clients through a market-by-market approach. This is done by comprehending the brand plans, strategies and tactics, then leveraging them locally to develop increased traffic and sales.
We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to work in a hybrid environment in our Westlake Village, CA office. The main responsibility of the position is to partner with an Account Director to develop and execute plans for various Chevrolet Local Marketing Association (LMA) groups within the West Region.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintain contact with and obtain input from Account Director for implementation of advertising programs (including model selections, incentive selections, creative rotations, etc)
· Support an Account Director in managing 5-7 LMA groups
· Compile meeting agenda, facilitate meeting setup, record meeting minutes, distribute meeting re-caps, newsletters and additional communication items
· Communicate regularly with Regional Advertising Director, Account Director and key dealers within the market to obtain both direction and offer strategic insight
· Develop and implement LMA specific plans based on input that is applicable to the market
· Identify National efforts and leverages them in the local market to maximize impact
· Track Regional incentive changes and LMA specific incentives
· Primary contact for routing projects between field office and HQ (interface w/Creative, Production, Project Management, Legal, etc.)
· Handle any questions from pubs regarding creative issues
· Secure production estimates as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, OR equivalent, relevant experience
· Prefer 6 months - 1 year of experience as an Account Coordinator, Assistant Acct Executive, Project Manager or related role in a business environment, advertising or marketing agency
· Bilingual abilities are strongly preferred
· Detail-oriented, strong organization skills are a MUST in this role
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
· Client-focused with a strong sense of urgency
· Leadership skills
· Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organization
